Proficient in GSuite (Google Workspace), Canva, and Zoom.

Experienced in Lead Generation and working with CRM software.
Excellent communication skills, including phone, email, and instant messaging.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Confident in handling inbound and outbound calls.
Additional experience as an Administrative Assistant, General VA, or Executive Assistant is a plus.
Prior Virtual Assistant experience is an advantage but not required.
